Dr. Bublak verfügt über langjährige Praxis im Patentbereich (Anmelde-, Einspruchs- und Beschwerdeverfahren vor dem Deutschen und Europäischen Patentamt, Erteilungsverfahren von ergänzenden Schutzzertifikaten zu Pharma-Patenten, Nichtigkeitsverfahren vor dem BPatG und BGH).

He counsels clients on the validity (incl. searches) and scope of protection of patents and drafts freedom-to-operate and due diligence analyses. Another focus of his work lies in the areas of employee invention law and licensing agreements. In addition, he assists start-ups and SMEs in the marketing of inventions.

Especially noteworthy is his participation in numerous patent infringement proceedings before various district courts and higher regional courts. 

Since 2009, Wolfgang is in the group of the best lawyers in Germany (Best Lawyers).

Dr. Bublak ist als Vertreter vor dem DPMA, dem EPA sowie dem EUIPO zugelassen.
