Stolmár & Partner is a full-service pan-European IP boutique headquartered in Munich and with offices in Hamburg, Zurich, Salzburg, the Allgäu, and the Lake Constance region. We have been providing to our clients a dedicated, competent service for over 20 years, both in hard and soft IP – at a national, European and international level.

Our motto is quite simple: “We make your IP work”. This means that we take care of everything, from the initial drafting and filing until the IP right is registered. For us, our clients are much more than a simple reference number, and both our attorneys and our experienced paralegals in our back office are always at our client’s disposal , ready to listen at all times, any time. To ensure that our clients instantly understand what we are talking about, we prefer to refrain from using too much legalese language, focusing ourselves to specific clear recommendations and advice.
We are also more than happy to do this by an individualised digital file management and docketing system which can be accessed remotely by our clients.

In addition to many years of experience in the area of Intellectual Property, all our attorneys have a proven expertise and track record in their respective technical fields. This is our guarantee that our clients will always be supported by someone who can communicate with them on a technical level at arms length.

In addition to patent law, our expertise also covers every other aspect of intellectual property rights, providing competent advice on trademarks and branding, design and copyright and unfair competition law. This even extends into niche sectors such as wine law, pharmaceutical law and medical device law.

IP consulting that focuses on the essentials – this is Stolmár & Partner in a nutshell.
